Will David Kahn be named Timberwolves’ general manager?
That’s what Jerry Zgoda, the beat reporter for the Timberwolves, is saying about the one-time Oregonian columnist, NBA writer, former leader of MLB-to-Portland drive, Indiana Pacer GM, owner of D-League franchises, etc.
I have a call into David, who I first met when he was a Wilson High graduate doing an internship at the Oregon Journal, and if he’ll talk, I’ll let you know. But it doesn’t sound as if he’s commenting on it.
