I pity the fools who they send in to do a hatchet job on Greg, because when push comes to shove the person that wakes up the next day will not be able to get out bed and that person won’t be named Oden.

When referencing the refs your “little-man complex” comment made my day. The NBA seems to have plenty of those refs on the payroll.

I agree that it’s good to be king; I just hope that Oden realizes soon enough that he has the world on a string.

Excellent point. But I don’t know if I’ve ever encountered a monster so darn self-effacing and likable. The general consensus I’ve seen out outside Rip City is that there’s surprisingly little ill will towards to guy. Then again, never underestimate the rancor of a fan towards a guy who can knock your team out of the playoffs…
