What’s that? Play lousy and still win — on the road.
Granted, the Knicks are thin in number and shy of talent. So what? There are no easy road wins in the NBA. And if you can muddle around the way Portland did Tuesday night and still win, you’re onto something. The less said about that game, the better.
Now comes the meat of the road trip. Washington is showing signs it has straightened some things out, Boston is a real handful and Toronto is always a difficult road game for the Blazers.
