Can’t we agree — regardless of your favorite candidate — that there’s never been an election season that we’ll be happier to see in the rearview mirror than this one? As society (d)evolves, campaigning seems to get less fun and more annoying, doesn’t it?
I’ve been counting the days until it all ends and I can turn on the TV without those largely ineffective and mostly boring ads. And be able to risk answering my phone without worry of some fool politician violating my wishes to be among the ranks of the “do not call.”
Man, it’s not over yet but at least the end is now in sight.
