One thing about this weather
It brings you closer to the ones you love… my wife, Kim, has been such a champion during our week of being marooned on our floating home. She’s been out there alongside me shoveling all the snow off the decks and still had time to bake a batch of chocolate chunk cookies last night.
While I was inside on the warm couch doing a piece for Matt Smith and Fox 12′s Oregon Sports Final yesterday, she was outside on the deck shoveling like mad. As they say in sports, she’s got a great motor. And a big heart. And, uh, a big-league body.
