A close game. Fourth quarter. Foul on Rasheed Wallace. Rasheed flips a towel into the stands. Then throws another in the direction of a referee. Damn, if only Arvydas Sabonis was on hand as a target.
Those are techs Nos. 15 and 16 for him, which means automatic suspension, on top of whatever he gets for the towel-tossing tirade. Video of the usual Sheed madness is right here. But heck, you’ve seen it all before, right?
UPDATE: It’s being reported that Wallace will not face the AUTOMATIC suspension because two technical fouls he received earlier in the season were rescinded. We await word, though, on whether his action of tossing a towel in the direction of a referee is grounds for being sent to bed without dinner.

“It was a good game, both teams played hard”.
I used to be one of his biggest supporters. My dad and Dwight from Oregonion used to tell me almost daily that Sheed was an idiot, but no, I wasn’t going to hear it… Then it happened, he throws a towel into the face of Sabonis, who he should have been bowing down to instead. That is when I forgot about the big games, the “Muss win!” sign he carried off the court and all the great moments. He had truely become an idiot to me as well. Looking back, I was the idiot for ever supporting a thug with no IQ.
just “CTC”
This just in from ESPN…. No suspension, not yet anyway!

Bryan
He gets himself thrown out midway through the 4th quarter with his team down by three. What an idiot.
That ball boy should have dropped him!
As big of a jerk that Sheed is, there are times I wish someone (anyone) on the blazers would get a T for showing some frustration. Nothing like Sheed of course, but I want to see some fire. Joel has it in him at times, but the other guys are a bunch of softies, and we aren’t going to go deep in the playoffs ever if someone doesn’t step up and grow a pair.
Amen Tom!
I think Bayless and Batum have that fire but are rookies and not on the floor for long stretches or at all.
